1. Overview
EaseFlow respects your privacy.
We aim to provide a simple and transparent stretching experience. This policy explains how information is handled when you use EaseFlow, visit our website, or contact support.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
EaseFlow does not require an account.
The current version stores only two preferences on your device:
- Your selected app language
- Your default voice guidance setting
These preferences are not uploaded to developer-operated servers.
Searches, filters, exercise selections, timers, and session progress are processed locally. The current version does not maintain a permanent workout history or personal health profile, and does not offer account-based cloud syncing.
3. Data Collection and Sharing
The current version of EaseFlow:
- Does not include advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.
- Does not upload personal information to developer-operated servers.
- Does not access HealthKit records, location, microphone, camera, or contacts.
- Does not sell personal information.
If future features require additional data processing, we will update this policy and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.
4. Voice Guidance
EaseFlow uses Apple's system speech synthesis to read exercise instructions aloud.
The app does not record your voice, recognize speech, or access your microphone for this feature. Speech synthesis is handled by the device operating system. Apple may manage or download system voice resources according to your device settings.
5. Our Website
The EaseFlow website is planned to be hosted on GitHub Pages.
We do not intentionally integrate advertising trackers or third-party analytics into the website.
GitHub, as the hosting provider, may process technical information, including visitor IP addresses, for security and service operations. Such processing is subject to GitHub's privacy policies.
6. Contacting Support
If you contact us by email, we may receive:
- Your email address
- The contents of your message
- Screenshots or attachments you choose to provide
We use this information only to respond to inquiries, investigate issues, and provide support. We do not use support correspondence for advertising.
Emails are transmitted and stored through an email service provider. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to handle requests and comply with applicable legal obligations.
You may request deletion of personal information contained in support correspondence, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in support messages.
7. Managing and Deleting Information
You can change your app language and default voice guidance preferences in EaseFlow settings.
Uninstalling the app normally removes its local data from the device. Copies may remain in operating system backups, depending on your backup settings.
EaseFlow does not maintain a server-side workout profile that can be remotely deleted.
You may contact us to request access to or deletion of information voluntarily provided through support emails.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as EaseFlow and its related services evolve.
The latest version will be published on our website with the applicable effective date.
