EaseFlow Terms of Use

Effective Date: October 2026

Welcome to EaseFlow. Please read these terms before using the app.

1. Purpose

EaseFlow provides stretching illustrations, step-by-step guidance, and routines for everyday movement and relaxation.

Its content is intended for general fitness and wellness information. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or rehabilitation advice.

2. Exercise Safety

Choose exercises based on your physical condition, ability, and comfort.

When using EaseFlow:

  • Do not force your body into uncomfortable positions.
  • Avoid excessive stretching or pressure.
  • Make sure your exercise space and equipment are safe and stable.
  • Stop if you experience significant or worsening pain, numbness, tingling, dizziness, or unusual discomfort. Seek medical attention when appropriate.

If you have an injury, medical condition, are recovering from surgery, are pregnant, or have other health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning relevant exercises.

3. Exercise Guidance

EaseFlow offers self-paced and guided exercise modes.

Some exercises require manual confirmation or step progression. The app does not monitor your posture in real time or determine whether a particular movement is suitable for you.

Pay attention to how your body feels. Never force a movement simply because a timer has finished.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

EaseFlow's software, branding, original illustrations, interface, and other protected materials belong to their respective rights holders.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction, redistribution, or other infringement of protected content is prohibited.

5. Availability and Updates

We aim to maintain a reliable experience and improve EaseFlow over time.

Some features may vary depending on your device, operating system, or available system voices. Features and content may change through updates.

6. Applicable Terms and Liability

If you obtain EaseFlow through the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to the applicable Apple Standard End User License Agreement unless a valid custom license agreement is provided.

Please follow appropriate safety guidance when using the app.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services or applicable requirements change. Updated terms will be published on our website.
